Refund policy

Returns: Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used cosmetic products.


We accept returns only if:


  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • You notify us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • The product is returned in perfect, resalable condition

Refunds: 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved:


  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

 


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
